When we created this brand, we set ourselves a mission: to introduce hot sauces with flavor, character, and quality ingredients. Each bottle reflects our passion for authenticity, boldness, and the joy of good food.
One of our priorities: selecting fresh fruits and vegetables, grown in Occitanie. Because a good sauce always starts with quality ingredients, we rely on local produce, harvested at its peak for maximum flavor.
And because we like to know where our peppers, mangoes, and carrots come from, we prioritize direct contact with producers. Talking with them, understanding their work, and choosing the best products is what makes all the difference.
The result? Sauces that pop, full of freshness and character... with the added bonus of a little sunshine and good humor in every bottle!
With over 3,000 varieties of chili peppers in the world, making a choice was no easy task! So, we selected around ten chili peppers with very distinct profiles. And to go even further, we grow some of our own chili peppers, so we can control their variety, maturity, and potency.
All our sauces are prepared in Toulouse, with the greatest care taken at every stage of their production. They are then bottled and pasteurized to ensure optimal preservation while preserving their freshness and flavor.
